Our Mission Statement

Teens’ Place to Go, Inc. (TPTG) is a non-profit, nonsectarian, community volunteer organization, which provides a safe, open and accepting, local recreational venue for young people while encouraging them in the performing and expressive arts.

TPTG wants every teen to have a safe, friendly place to go…
TPTG believes that the most important thing that our organization can offer today’s teens is a safe, welcoming place of their own, where they can gather away from home and school, and the many situations that happen on the street. TPTG aims to offer a place that welcomes teens in a group or alone without respect to gender, race, nationality or religion.

Where ideas are respected…
TPTG believes that teenagers deserve respect for their person, ideas and beliefs in the same manner and degree as adults, while recognizing the need for supervision, guidance and observance of reasonable rules of conduct.

Where they can have fun, but above all be themselves…
TPTG believes that when teens are provided a space of their own they should able to have input with regards to the activities and programs they want. Teen bands are a major part of our program, supplemented by other activities located on the premises such as air hockey and ping pong.
